It's ogre. China now has the best internal combustion engine in addition to the best electric motors.

oh wow they made internal combustion engine thermal efficiency go from 30% to 31% incredible wooo goo china

>Taking Chinese chinks at face value
Either mentally deficient or Naive. Call it.

The Chinese seem to be getting more and more desperate for the world to notice their pathetic attempts to try and be relevant (they will forever be known as the people who make I-phones and nothing more)
>>
>>28990414
This. Compared to the ~80% efficiencies of EVs it’s meaningless. Especially with solid states coming soon.
>>
>>28990404
>sky optimus
They fed all the Mazda patents into AI and pressed the render button. Impressive
>>
>>28990421
> ~80% efficiencies
How many efficiencies, exactly? Any particular ones? What does thermal efficiency mean to electric motors?
>>
>>28990404
And...? Who cares?
>>
>>28990404
Are they the ones with a Land Rover clone that tried to climb a gazillion stairs stunt and ended up failing?
>>
>>28990420
Great things are possible when you fill your country with a hundred million engineers instead of a hundred million lawyers.
>>
>>28990426
Electric motors are generally 96-98% efficient at converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. That's all you need to know and that's all that's used to market EV efficiency. EVs simply need to overcome the piss poor energy density of batteries along side the power output cap as you approach lower states of charge. ICE doesn't care about those two items. As long as the fuel lines are filled you have power.
>>
>>28990438
EVs have already overcome the energy density. You can drive hundreds of miles on a single charge in a car, truck, or semi truck.
>>
you cant make a record efficient engine euro7 compliant. Nu engines are less efficient than late 80s air cooled
>>
>>28990438
>That's all you need to know

That's all the kikes would like us to know, but I have an engineering degree and I work at a powerplant and I know that the efficiency of generating that electricity is about 33% at best and that doesn't factor in transmission losses.

For every megawatt of electricity, two megawatts of heat is dumped into cooling water. You can't escape thermodynamics, you just move the losses to somewhere else.
>>
>>28990438
anyone who uses the phrase "piss poor" should be permabanned from this website imo
it's the mark of a major midwit, usually a newfag or marketer, along with "godawful"

they're non-words that just blithely say "it's really really bad" without actually describing the problem. weasel words.
>>
>>28990438
> 96-98% efficient at converting electrical energy into mechanical energy
How TF does that relate to thermal efficiency
>>
>>28990421
>Compared to the ~80% efficiencies of EVs it’s meaningless.

lmao, what efficiencies? a motor spinning a vacuum?

gasoline is orders of magnitude more power dense than even the best batteries

which is why that 30% is more efficient than any EV which are ultimately cucked by its battery limitations

You have millions of ox farmers chang, not engineers. Relax lil gup.

Only great thing China can make is the American I-phone. Chinese engineers are a international joke, the rest of the world laughs at how you gooks don't even put rebar in bridges or shoulders on freeways.

Confucius says: When mogged by the free world, become desperate.

I'm a 'canadian', I come from a third world country. I can recognize when a country is soon to become the third world. You guys don't make shit, you don't innovate, you only try to out jew each other as much as possible. You just lost two wars back to back against goat fuckers, your empire is crumbling.
>>
>>28990492
>Erm actually I'm not Chinese, im a privileged Canadian who likes to suck chink cock from the comfort of my 1st world country that allots more rights than China
Nah you ain't slick gook goblin

Unless you're unironically this retarded and short sighted. That'd be more of a shock than finding out you're Chinese.

Yeah found the chinaman.

Only thing close to collapse is the Chinese economy kek. Next time chang, get better material if you're gonna larp as a leaf.

I literally just saw a video of one of these exploding the top off and almost hitting the guy recording. I was wondering what kind of engine it was cus it was strange I never seen that shape before.

Chinesium strikes again.

>60% thermal
atkinson with a heat recapture/generator and some woowah bullshit to do with electrics?
I can't think of any other way for an ICE to get anywhere near that
They must be doing Chinese Math what for that FI unit's contribution or something equally dumb.

People are quick to forget previous events where Chinese companies and scientists claimed to have invented new technologies or made super efficient old tech and then couldn't back any of the claims at all.

How do people keep falling for this shit. Every time a Chinese manufacturer makes a claim about something automotive or motorcycles it’s found to be a bold face lie when independently tested.

that may sound based however their sense of styling is the biggest trotsky squintin crap ever so even if they built a W16 rear engined car with a range splitter 6 speed with 8 turbos and a beer dispenser it'd still look like a hyundai.
