Had a thread about my 1997 ford thunderbird radiator fan not working a few weeks ago. Long story short it was the CCRM, I did not know what a ccrm was until i watched a video of one being replaced.

The long story is i ignored the problem until one day i had two cylinders misfiring. Cylinder 3 and 4 were misfiring. Scanner tool said ignition coil and so i replaced that with no luck. Couldnt be a head gasket because the cylinders were on different sides of the engine. Checked compression and it was good, checked the spark plugs and they had no spark on 3 and 4. I guessed it was the PCM/ECU due to other electrical problems i was having. I did more research and learned what the CCRM was, so i bought a new ecu and the ccrm. Installed the ecu and it fixed the misfiring. Installed the ccrm and it fixed the radiator fan. Thanks to everyone who gave suggestions, sorry to the guy who was telling me to use a wire/paperclip on some wiring harness to diagnose the problem. Im dumb with electronics and didnt want to fuck with that, so i used the shotgun method of buying new parts until i solved the problem. I was gonna take it to a shop but they said it would be two weeks so i said fuck that.
