I'm convinced 600cc inline four is more dangerous for a newbie than a liter bike. In order to make 600cc run and sound properly you must spin it fast. Reacting to a danger on the road and stopping the bike while it revs faster but goes the same speed is harder than when it's on lower rpm. Plus the newb instinctively feels the power of a liter and opens throttle less. 600cc gixxer is a good way to kill a newb.
