What’s a good dashcam you guys would recommend?I’d preferably like a mix of good quality, front and rear facing, and if possible not having to rely on an app or it having to connect to the internet.

>>29013522The viofo a19 was always solid, they have a new version out and I bought it but haven’t installed it yet
I use a viofo, forget the model. It has a 4k front camera and a 1080 rear. It's been in my truck for six years no issues.
>>29013522Get a ViofoI spent $400 on the top of the line model from a competitor company VUEROID (Korean) and it sucks. I've had like 3 Viofos and shoulda just stuck with the known brand
>>29013522I liked my Rexing until it went to pot. Had it for years.

I bought my car used and the owner hardwired a thinkware with 1080p front and back.Main issue I had was the passive parking mode should stop working below a certain voltage threshold of your car battery (you set this value yourself) but it had a retarded error. If you turned the car off and the battery was already reading a lower voltage than the threshold you set it would just run parking mode forever.I haven't replaced it or anything I just disabled the parking mode, still records video perfectly fine driving around.
