My girlfriend in ~08 had an 80s RAM 4-speed.The clutch was fucked, it's been 20 years I don't remember the details. There were holes in the floor you could see the road through. What a badass woman, best girl.More sketchy was the 90s 4-speed Tercel my friend in college had. It was not okay to drive, but I enjoyed it. Speedometer didn't work, thin tires would make it get bullied by the tiniest road imperfections.

Lots of fucked up shit on farms, but worst thing on the road was a 2000 Toyota Solara. Alignment was shot, two rear tires were down to the wire, and there was a tennis ball sized bubble in the sidewall of one of the front tires. Electrical was all fucked and I was able to run with 0 headlights, not even daylights, by lifting the parking brake lever one click (stripped the shoes out after they seized). Did 220km/h at night with no headlights on for 6 seconds because I have semi-suicidal tendencies. Somehow none of the tires exploded and I made it home fine after turning the lights back on.

Aired up the tires and they all had massive flat spots, alignment was also fucked on this. The thing shook so bad I could hardly do the speed limit. Everyone who passed me was giving me dirty looks. Steering wheel was shaking so bad I thought my fillings were going to fall out. It also had a seized calliper that was dragging a pad real bad.
