I have a Ford Focus sedan with the DCT automatic.
Subaru Levorg with the CVT.Would I prefer it will the manual? Sure, especially because you can't mod the engine too much before blowing it but the car that meets all my criteria (AWD, relatively new, manual, wagon, not comically overpriced, gas or hybrid) doesn't really exist so I had to compromise somewhere.I still enjoy driving it and even track it from time to time.

316i E90 owner here.It's slow but I like the way it drives.hps, 6 speed manual, no turbos, no direct injection, no valvetronic(dual vanos tho), no electric handbrake, no screens(a phone mount tho), no parking sensors tooFULL poverty spec(leather seats and paint were the only extra options I think).Am I clear?

Audi A3 8V 1.6TDI. /o/ will first say it's gay as fuck, then say I overpaid for a golf but that is exactly why I bought it. It's a nicer interior, gets great mileage, has cheap parts and is easy enough to work on. Girl doesn't know any better and just sees the badge. Would I prefer a 911? Sure, but this gets 65 mpg, costs £500 per year total to tax insure and service. I'll get something nicer when the house is paid off but this thing has 100k miles left in it yet.

My gf straight up drove the car with the M112 with literally no oil for a few weeks and it still lasted 40,000 miles after that, though with wear issues.VAG have oil leak issues from plastic pans and retarded oil pressure actuated timing chain tensioners too.Not sure why gaskets are so hard for them to figure out.
