Why do people think a factory cars have brakes that can take track usage?
>>29019393Sounds like you are poor. Many cars have track-ready brakes.
>>29019396>Many cars have track-ready br......ACK!
>>29019396>Many cars have track-ready brakes.auto only loving faggot wrenchlet, ricer
>>29019393you got the video to that thumbnail or wtf?
>>29019393>taking a 5000lb econobox to the track
>>29019393 Why do people think a hand built corolla is any more track ready than a basic bitch uber corolla
>>29019449https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IdM6dfC41qYAlternative title: Tiananmen Square 1989 June 4
I have never seen a seat break like that before.
>>29019409Do you think "track ready" was even in their vocabulary back then? No.
>>29019396>Many cars have track-ready brakes. Many??That's just false, Misha.A small handful do.
>>29019560China #1 am I rite? These car’s wouldn’t pass US or EURO crash standards in their domestic configuration. They would have to come out with export only models (that would cost more, defeating the purpose of being cheaper.)
>>29019393There's a difference between "track ready" and "track suitable". Idiots go full blast for 15 minutes straight thinking their factory brakes can handle it when they should be doing cool down laps for half the session.
>>29019393No idea what your pixel is about but plenty of "track" cars have brakes that overheat if you use them wrong or too long
>>29019525>homo waYeah, it's certainly a homo car.
>>29019393The brakes are ready for the tr.....ACK!
>>29019393The Burgerring times we use for benchracing purposes are all done with factory production cars with OEM brakes. I've never heard of a Camaro, Corvette, 911 or M3 not being able to set a time because the brakes weren't up to the task. I suppose it might apply if the car's Chinese, however.>inb4 hurr try doing 500 lapsOP said track usage, not endurance racing.
>>29020963>OEM brakesThey change the pads to high temp ones and the fluid as well. Even though the nordschleife is not a brake heavy track, they aren't going to risk a car by not doing the most basic of track prep.
>>29019393I did a track day in 101F weather once. my brakes definitely were not up to the task.Wilwood said I was using brakes not designed for track use and suggested a different caliper and rotor setup.A few GT3/4s & ZL1 1LE had to do cool down laps after 5-6 push laps
>>29019433Mexican schizo
>>29019525Wtf that seat just breaks off lmaoAre there any Chinese cars that dont suck?
>>29019393They see the massive Brembo calipers and stop there without realizing that pad composition between street and track are radially different. Full street pads will work alright on a track for a bit, but if you push them, you’ll see that they don’t hold up.
>>29019393why are you braking on corners? just keep going faggot. you afraid?
