Anyone here ever done a propane conversion?
>>29019417nowhat are the benefits?
>>29019417No lol it's not 1990. Having a BBQ that runs on propane is enough of a pain in my dick already. Trying to find auto propane would be a fucking nightmare in the city let alone in the middle of nowhere. All the school buses and UPS delivery trucks run on propane here. It makes sense for them because they have a tanker stop by the yard at night and refuel all the trucks/buses.
>>29019420>what are the benefits?Infinite storagePrice (sometimes)Cons?Increased engine wear (no lubricants)Runs leaner, therefore hotter, usually needing a cooling system upgradeOnly ~80% the provided power as equivalent gasoline
>>29019417Farm equipment did it back in the 90sTurns out it was kinda mid.
Liquid Propane Injection is based, the Aussies are miles ahead
>>29019454its all over the place in the midwest
>>29019417they suck shit because the tank takes up too much space in the box. might as well get a ESUV
>>29019514Feel the streetNot the heat
