Imagine buying a class of vehicle representing the purest love letter to performance engineering that you’re allowed to operate on the street, and getting one with a third worlder engine configuration having a factory rice exhaust note specifically designed to larp as a different, better engine.
>>
>>29020639
what bike do you recommend?
>>
>>29020651
You can buy a brand new cbr or gsxr 600 for the same price and the only substantial thing you’re missing and can’t add is a down quickshifter
>>
Aprilias are hot as fuck but I'm CERTAIN you're a faggot
>>
>>29020655
My brain tells me I should buy CBR650R but my heart tells me I should buy RS 660
>>
>>29020870
The eclutch is very gay and the aprilia has a proper sportsbike frame unlike the pigfat Honda's tubular steel garbage. The 650 is really a sports tourer and the 660 is a legit middleweight unfortunately saddled with a cucked engine. No point in either. Look at an R9 if not having electronics is a dealbreaker.
>>
>>29020961
Actually the e clutch is fucking awesome. I don't know how anyone could hate it.
>>
It's acceptable if you're working your way up to an RSV4, but favourite of all time is a big stretch.

>>29021242
No, it just a nice auto clutching assistance you get for stop and go traffic. It's fucking hella clutch because you can just stop and go without annoyance when you're surrounded by fags.

>>29021313
I literally bought my bike with e clutch like 2 days ago, I've ridden for over a decade without one. It's an awesome feature that literally takes nothing away from the bike and only adds. Hating on it is stupid, you sound like a child.
>>
>>29021385
Autotragic loser cope.
>>
>>29021402
What exactly is the cope?
>>
>>29021404
>t's an awesome feature that literally takes nothing away from the bike and only adds. Hating on it is stupid, you sound like a child.
Learn to ride.
>>
>>29021420
I literally ride just fine. What I said is factually true so I'm unsure of what your issue is. You're not forced to use it but if you want to use it it's nicer. There's no special boy prize because you decide you think your cooler holding your clutch in nonstop in stop and go traffic.

One day you'll grow up and develop more of your brain.
>>
>>29021426
>you think your cooler holding your clutch in nonstop in stop and go traffic.
>One day you'll grow up and develop more of your brain.
Yeah my brain developed and I filtered, loser.
>>
>>29021429
Clearly not
>>
>>29021455
Clearly not what? I'm clearly where I need to be because I filtered with the help of my clutch lever whilst you're sat at the back of traffic jerkin your microdick with your free hand thanks to technology.

Three types.
>Just some track day junky that likes Twins class club racing and doesn't want to dump $10000+ into a R7 or GSX8R to make the same horsepower.
>Young guy buying a fist or second bike, smart choice.
>Older guy that's been riding for 20+ years and wants something to fuck around on twisty back roads and occasional track days. Prefers lightweight bikes with his age. Or just appreciates lightweight bikes.
>>
>>29021472
Are you implying that somehow you can't filter with an e clutch? lmfao. Also lane filtering isn't legal everywhere.
>>
>>29019790
Seems like a cope RSV4 or a beginner bike for someone with too much money. I would personally just get a 600 inline 4 jap bike if I was hunting for a middleweight or go all out and get the big boy Aprilia.

I really like that bike, but I am not spending the money on it when I can get a kawasaki or honda for far less

tell me more about ur 650 experience. I was thinking of getting one next Spring
>>
>>29021653
Mine is a cb650r not a cbr650r so I can't attest to comfort or anything else since it's a different style. Also literally just bought it this Monday. I've only put in 100 miles so far but I'm freakin' lovin' it. Honestly surprised at how much I'm loving the e-clutch also. I basically only use it with the clutchless shifting now after the initial rides.
>>
>>29021653
I swear whenever I see someone revbombing and earraping women and children in a heavily built up area or riding like a fuckhead weaving in and out of traffic they are always on one of these 650s. It's the GSX-R of the 2020s. That's not an indictment on the machine of course, just the riders.
>>
>>29021755
Who doesn't want to hear a 4 cylinder engine though? They should be thanking those riders.
>>
>>29021756
Shit is embarassing. They don't sound as good as the old 600s anyway. It's a pale imitation of what came before.

R9 and rs660 aren't even in the same class. I don't know why people keep comparing sub 100hp bikes meant for lightweight race classes, with 100hp+ bikes meant for supersport race classes.
>>
>>29021755
>>29021757
The cbr650 makes a good contender at being the next 636 and f4i, it's a 4banger but it punches more in the mid range than up top like supersport 600s, this makes it a better streetbike for hooning inside the city instead of the highway. They don't sound as good though because they only rev to like 12k rpm instead of 16k
>>
Anyone use a Shad 3P system? Is it good? Any other companies that are similar? I want to add cases to my bike now maybe even just 1 on one side.
>>
>>29020655
>and the only substantial thing you’re missing and can’t add is a down quickshifter
Dumbass wrenchlet kek
>>
>>29019790
This bike is chinkshit actually. It was supposed to be the revival of the 600cc v4 class of bike but it ended up being some generic piss twin sourced from geely.
