Tell me why I shouldn't buy a Mazda3 2.5L Turbo Hatchback

Failed Wheel Drive

They are AWD
>>
godawful rearward visibility
>>
>>29021155
because its a hatch back, which is the universal symbol of being gay
>>
They're underrated. No good reason not to. Rear visibility is awful though.

only if you're willing to get the slushbox (homosexual behavior)

Because that rear looks atrocious
>>
>>29021187
It's a real shame, because Mazda's styling is otherwise excellent
>>
>>29021188
The sedan version looks really good.
No idea why they had to fuck up the hatch SO bad.
>>
>>29021187
get the sedan version then, problem solved. I personally kinda dig the shitting cat posture, fit's it's feline front look
>>
>>29021155
Not sporty enough to fill the budget sports car niche.
Fuel economy isn't good enough to fit the commuter car niche.
It's in a strange no man's land. Should have come with a manual option to distinguish itself.
>>
>>29021164
Not enough cupholders and they're not big enough plus the app sucks
>>
>>29021155
That Sunshine glare off the body is a deal breaker for me
>>
>>29021223
anon it does have a manual option
you just have to be satisfied with wrong wheel drive if you go that route

, even.Camaro-like.

Weird AF high beltline.
Just cringe.
>>

Brand new ones don't have the piano black interior trim so I've heard. That and occasional interior rattles were my only complaints. Decently quiet interior otherwise, especially after switching down to 16" wheels. I used to daily a 2019 non-turbo. I liked it.
>>
>>29021155
Mine was also polymetal gray. Best color in person imo
>>
>>29021223
Very disappointing the only manual offered is the FWD layout. I heard Europe maybe had an AWD manual with the smaller 2.0L.

>muh 64oz soda cup doesn't fit
I'm driving an old Miata now. By comparison I was living large in the Mazda3

I've also seen a pretty large tuning scene developing around this latest generation. Local fabrication shop just started selling a bunch of mods.

>AF high beltline
All new cars suffer from this.
Something something safety.

Worse handling and driving dynamics than a Corolla or Civic, auto only, and if you're getting the 2.5T AWD chances are you can buy something better at the price since they force you into all the "premium" packages so you end up paying $30k+ for a car with the same suspension setup as a Mitsubishi Mirage.

>Worse driving dynamics than a Corolla
Anyone who says this is talking out their ass and hasn't driven either. Corolla is such a horrid, unresponsive, dead feeling car
