There would be no "line of cars ahead" if people weren't camping the left lane there. There isn't even that much traffic. Without a lane camper they could *spread out* and not be so close to one another.But your simple mind is convinced that speed, stop signs, and red lights are the only traffic laws that exist.

Left lane campers seem to use it as a "Don't bother me" lane where they don't have to deal with ramp traffic or other's lane changes.
