your favorite shitbox? cheap, reliable, easy to work on, cheap parts and if you're a wrenchlet, cheap periodic inspections.

got a Logan as a daily, I realized I do not need more. Is using a shitbox daily actually endgame?

If you're gonna shitbox, atleast do it gracefully with a sedan.
>>
>>29022982
Looks like a sedan to me, lad. not a trad one but that's expected.
>>
>>29022982
Let me show you peak shitbox.
Indestructible pushrod 1.3 4 banger or old school VW mechanical injection 1.9 diesel without a turbo or electronics aside for glow plugs to complicate things.
Can be had for like 300 bucks inspected and drivable.
Parts are still available to this day and cost jack shit basically.
Absolutely nothing fancy or advanced about the car, there's no weak points or fragile parts because there just isn't anything.

It's boring as shit to drive and slow as all fuck, but despite sounding like cope that's a good thing.
You don't NEED a fancy sports car or some super unique piece of shit, you need something that gets you to your wageslave job and back home, that's exactly what this thing is and does.
Imagine a goyota camry or corolla, but reliable and for like a 3rd of the price.

Station Wagon wins every time.

Fair, the OP image threw it off. But I still think you're better off in a non-chink car. Such as >>29022995

I still miss my 08 Passat to this day and regret selling it. Nothing was as cheap and convenient to own, and its ride quality was really good too.
>>
>>29022997
Dacia is just a Romanian Renault, basically.
Just like Škoda is Czech volkswagen
>>
>>29022995
Yeah, wagons are cool. They only make Octavia wagon now afaik which looks like a shitty version of the passat. VAG pussies should be hanged.
>>29022997
Meh, Dacia isn't chinese. I mean, if you talk about car parts, I think every single brand could be considered chinese nowadays.
>>29022998
Have you seen the abomination of a Passat they make nowadays? I had the rotten luck of test driving it. Auto transmissions feel so soulless when you drive anything VAG related.
>>29022999
This but Dacia is basically Renault from 10 years ago. Still decent if you don't expect much.
>>
>>29023002
>Renault from 10
I speed read Renault 10.
Rear mounted 1.2 I4 What's not to like.
>>
>>29023006
I like it but I prefer the 8.

Cars need to look like this again.

My grandad drove a Dacia 1310 for most of his life, that's until his doctor banned him from driving at the ripe age of 82 because he lost sight in his right eye, kek.

Been really enjoying my mk4 TDI Jetta lately, gets good mpg, it’s quiet and smooth, has AC and you can fit tons of stuff in it, parts everywhere and cheap

Logan MK1 was my first car, yes I'm a millennial. Drove this shit for 200.000km with absolutely no issues.
>>
>>29023070
Was shit back then and is more shit now
>>

Dad had a Laguna wagon back in the 90s, it was okay I guess, never really gave him any trouble that I remember of. Traded it for a 2nd gen 1.6 Laguna wagon that was a shitheap with electrical issues, he returned that one for another Laguna wagon with a 2 litre engine and that one was slightly better, but also had electrical issues.
Most notably the starter solenoid would stop working if it rained.
