Got my rotors, wheel bearings and brake pads replaced on the rear wheels. I’m now hearing a metal grinding noise only when turning right and applying the brakes. No noise in any other situation. What could be the possible cause?

Did you grease the caliper slide pins and the backs of the pads?
Also, check heat shields as anon said.
How about… did you double check the wheel lug nuts after driving a while to make sure one or two didn’t start loosening up?
