If it were illegal, you'd have reported them and something would have been done about it, yet you've been making these threads for months (hell, you probably made up the scenario).-If they aren't blocking access (not in front of 2 inches of it, blocking access) to a driveway or parking within X distance of an intersection (changes by location), then they aren't doing anything wrong.-If you're in an HOA development then it becomes a private matter if they have rules about itThe chick in OP parked like 4 feet from the curb lol.
