I just realized, as BEVs are purchased by more and more people who are wealthy, while the poor keep using ICEV, that means gas stations will shut down in nice neighborhoods while gas stations in ghettos will start becoming the only location to buy gas.

Gas stations don't generally make a lot of money by selling gasoline. The real profit is the junk inside the store. Even if all nice areas switch to EVs, the poors who work on the area will still be buying gas for decades.
