I drive more slowly than most and on a two lane highway there's a ton of crazy people in the left lane who view having to drive under 85 mph as imposition. Also I doubt most people have CHONKAY all terrain tires on their Kia, and it would probably be nice with summer tires but the steering is admittedly slop. You sacrifice a lot to get better steering with a Honda tho, and Toyota is no better and VW is worse (overboosted slop).

I never said Kias are perfect. The steering blows, the engine is rough and slow, and the suspension barely smooths big bumps but its so much less shitty than a Toyota inside I don't rly care. And it drives itself on the highway WITHOUT a camera to make me look at the road.

Alfa Romeo should make a new stelvio that's off-road oriented a la ford bronco sport
I think people would enjoy having good steering on an off-road thingy, people have said alfa has the best steering rack (eps) of any mainstream car.

My friend had a 1996 Toyota Camry as his first car that he gave to his dad, and then he went and financed a brand new Kia Stonic. After he was telling me how he literally likes the Camry in every way more than the Kia, but he still chose to drive and complain about the Kia. I wouldn't expect a car to have issues at 80k miles. Also, a dealer check doesn't mean too much, 'specially 'round these parts, though it's obviously good it came back green.
