Hey guys any thoughts on fitting the monkey wrench racing tvs900 supercharger kit on my 1zz mk2 lotus elise? Using a black emu ecu.
Concerned about heat and conrods.would be all stock internals.

I'm informed it will reliably increase power from 140 to 220 without issue. The ecu will retard ignition on heatsoak.
Its recommended to install water/meth injection but I'm concerned about legality and complexity

I couldn't believe it either when I looked it up. Bonus, their numbers also include long tube headers and a swapped intake so the cost would be significantly more than 4k ... and all for lawnmower horsepower.

I have the 2zr in my Elise, I am happy with it but after my raise and vacation I'm planning a K swap and a roots style.
If you had/have the 1, I'd say just swap to a 2 and some bolt ons still less than that kit.

I guess I'm just a honda guy at heart.

I once saw someone put a TVS1900 on a 2.0L.
It made 50psi instantly.
The blower was almost larger than the engine.
