I'd consider it but you know they're gonna jack the price up here because 'fuck you!' and we're idiots used to paying too much for a car.
I've been seeing VINFAST around but when I checked out pricing I was not impressed, you're taking risk on some unknown car and they're not even that cheap to buy. Fuck that.
