If any richfags are out there, I'm looking at a no title bike. Based on what the guy has told me and his facebook profile, I don't think it's stolen, but I want to be sure before I shell out $1,000 for it. NICB says it's not stolen or totaled but I don't know anything else. I also suspect the odometer may be wrong because swapping the speedometer and odometer on these bikes is extremely easy and he said he had a parts bike.JKBVNCB1X2B515504

Also, NICB doesn't tell you if it's stolen or not. NICB is an insurance database. If the guy the bike was stolen from didn't have comprehensive coverage (and why the fuck would he on a $2000 bike) that he claimed against, then it's not going to show up in NICB checks. If he reported it to the cops, then you wouldn't know until you got pulled over and arrested for possession of stolen property. You can take the VIN to the cops to see if they'll be nice and run a check, but still won't help you with the no title bullshit.
