I've recently joined the Georgia crew and gotten my road legs harassing and fining innocent 20 something street schooner captains. However there's still some things I'm confused about. Why don't we simply plunder any ship we like? It's not like we need a real reason to throw someone in the brig. I throw captains who blow a 0.0 on the rum-o-meter in the brig all the time.
