Clutch Pedal Issue  No.29039986
I need your help, /o/.

I am replacing my assist spring in my 2017 Mustang and I noticed that the clutch pedal wobbles and the point circled looks like it’s cracked. Is the pedal supposed to be welded to that bar for support or is this the way it’s supposed to be?

That paint chipping off looks like fatigue cracks. Take out the pedal and inspect it. If you’re able to bend it by hand, it’s flexing too much. If you have a welder, weld it again, maybe with a washer over it so it distributes the force over a wider area. Nice mustang btw is it a gt?

Nice ride. Well as advised, take it out and inspect it. Report back with a better close up pic of what’s wrong or if you feel the pedal is wobbling
