Use your favorite automotive all purpose cleaner or degreaser.Foam it on, let it soak a bit, then rinse off.
OP here. If anyone is interested Magic Shield sent me the lubricant ingredients and it's all water and silicones. After washing the car multiple times with a 70% IPA wash in-between, the drip lines are now only somewhat visible, and mainly on one side. I'm assuming it was the side facing the sun. You have to look at the car from very close and with the right lighting to see them.So that might be it. I don't think it's worth taking the car to a professional detailer. Thanks to the anons who gave advices.
