Should I sell my GR86 and buy a new BMW i3 instead? I don't have much joy and fun driving the Toyota anymore. I mean when the weather is good, the roads are empty then it's incredible fun. But most of the time I just go to work with it on a crowded busy road and comfort is non-existent. And gasoline costs making me poor. I know there won't be any car like this no more in future. But the BMW as an EV gonna last longer I guess. Less that can go damaged besides the battery.. and even that lasts long now. Also I can charge at home and would save lots of running costs (less taxes, less service costs, less maintainance). Given that the 86 is not being sold anymore in Europe its price is already close to 40k.. so I could sell with profit which is crazy. I think the EU is going to go after ICE cars even more in future so I doubt the demand for those cars keeps growing.
