Are these boomer kits converting old bearing to C6/7 Corvette bearings worth the hassle?I run a lot of Autocross with a 83 Camaro because I'm not allowed on race Tracks.But the old school tapered bearings die fast with slicks.I'm always hesitant to buy anything similar to what I call "Boomer bait"

if you really want to do a track day (much better experience than autox imo) in the car you already have, then there really isn't much to think over

>>29051227True, Though the older style bearings are much farther apart. idk how much that matters, but it does help.I've been looking at bearing options for making my own spindles. Using solid axle "floater" hubs would be cool, but that stuff is expensive.
