chrysler airslopit's gonna BOMBhttps://www.motortrend.com/news/2028-chrysler-airflow-future-carsThe front-wheel-drive SUV will be built on the new STLA One platform for use by all Stellantis brands for vehicles ranging from subcompact to midsize SUVs. It was designed to shorten the time needed to reach the marketplace, reduce complexity, and cut costs by 30 percentso basically its the STLA large they use on the new black people mustang thing that critics have all endlessly ragged on, except with cheaper worse partsand the reviews of the 2.0 4 banger engine it will have have not been kind either - noting it is both rough and laggy.
Thanks for posting this, OP. As an auto enthusiast I really like to keep up to day on the newest information about CUVs. You've made a valuable contribution to this board and I'm sure everyone else is glad for your efforts.
>>29051768its the first NEW thing chrysler has made in a long time
wtf is that badge
>>29051784it's just a rendering
>>29051768It's called Crossover Utility Cars, CUCs
>>29051742Surprised they're keeping the Chrysler brand alive with a second car. What's this about a 4 banger? I only see this marketed as an EV. EREV option or just the same platform being used for ICE vehicles?
>>29051819The STLA large platform accommodates both EVs and gas I assume this being a cheaper variant of that probably does too. I doubt an EV even would come to market given how miserable the sales are of the EV charger. Magazine says it will have the upcoming 2 liter turbo "hurricane" as the jeep grand cherokee gets and that seems reasonable
Never let yourself get owned by a europoor car company. The burger brands are the only things keeping that stalantis abomination afloat and they went in and tried to cut their dicks off on day one killing off SRT, the challenger and their v8s.
>>29052095maybe they should make new more fuel efficient v8s like the germans have with twin cams...
