Is there a use case for low displacement engines in non-displacement tax countries? Half the time it doesn't even seem to make engines lighter once you add the turbo infrastructure. Not to mention that displacement taxes seem to heavily penalize higher efficiency atkinson cycle engines which intentionally sacrifice hp/l.
