How did your first timing belt change go?
Surprisingly well, did the water pump too. I sheared the head off the main crank / dampener bolt, taught me how to extract bolts. Everything came back together and I drove it for 10 more years.

>>29062606It was 18 years ago. I think I tapped a little indent in it, drilled with a tiny drill bit, then used those one of the wild looking fluted extractors from vatozone on a powerful drill.
Never owned anything with a belt.I dont do poverty spec vehicles.

Last recorded belt change was 8,000 miles ago in July of 2014, but seeing as it's non-interference, I'm just gonna wait until it snaps. Wish me luck~!
