You know, to prove how un-islamophobic they are there.As for getting away from consequences, one bit of good news was a recent court ruling that allowed brokers, in your example Amazon, to be sued where before they had been considered exempt. Further, the particular case hinged on the broker not doing anything to ensure that who they hired was a safe operator for the double whammy to shitty brokers hiring whoever undercut the other carriers the most with no regard to consequences. This just happened in the last couple months so it'll take a minute for the mountain to move but hopefully in a couple years the trucking landscape is unrecognizable.
