Everyone has to drive in the US because of how cities are planned and zoned. There is almost zero public transport and residential and commercial areas are usually separate.Our education system is garbage that prioritizes “analyzing” books and poetry over math and science. You only need algebra 2 to graduate. I know a few people who can’t even read that drive, one is a forklift operator.
