Not my problem.
>>
you are now feeling the sense of immediate relief wash over you as you would feel when noticing a car speeding towards you in the opposite direction on a highway at night has incandescent bulbs
>>
I finally joined them because I will never beat them. I stopped feeling bad about running LED's in factory halogen housings because a lot of factory LED's are way the fuck worse than mine and pretty much everybody here is running illegal windshield and side window tint.

I still got a pretty good cutoff and I have them aimed properly. I also don't see the "problem" with new cars with bright lights. They're fucking nice to have. If you have issues with them you probably drive an impractical manchild mobile or maybe you need to go see an optometrist or you could just not drive at night.
>>
>>29077469
Makes cars significantly safer to drive. People can whine all they want these lights save lives every day
>>
>>29077492
People can whine all they want flock cameras save lives every day. Nope. I can't type this with a straight face. Same thing you felt when you posted that.
>>
Just don't look at it
>>
My Tesla drives itself so I don't care
>>
>>29077469
these are only a problem because police dont give a shit if you have them misaligned

just say you're poor and listen to hip-hop all day nigger

Ever had to drive somewhere dark?
>>
>>29077486
Post tits
>>
>>29077885
Yeah I've driven through Kensington.
>>
I throw my high beams on whenever I see someone with these type of lights. More people should do this. Not quick flash, I just leave them on because fuck you
>>
>>29077995
Same, I thought everyone did this

I'm literally crying and shitting right now thinking of all those people who died from driving in the dark before the invention of the LED headlight. RIP in piece.
>>
>>29077469
My question for you is why do you need the feel to drive around with them on at dusk? It's not even dark for Christ sake!
>>
>>29079557
>why do you need the feel to drive around with them on at dusk?
>Civil Dusk: The sun is 6 degrees below the horizon. Natural light fades to the point where outdoor activities are difficult without artificial lights. This is often considered standard "dusk" in everyday use.

Most states require headlights on 30 minutes after sundown and 30 minutes before sunrise.
>>
>>29077469
Just buy one of those 6,000,000 lumen flashlights from Amazon and point it back at the retard tailgating you with his high-beams on
>>
>>29079557
Everything I drive has halogen but because dipshits put tint on their windows and I want them to see me.

Headlights =/= highbeams

kek were they just aimed this high or is it a case of proud Chinese patriot using proudly Chinese LED retrofits.

>Makes driving safer for the main character (aka ME). I could give af about the blinding effect I'm having on oncoming traffic.
>>
>>29077995
I do the same. I'm thinking of installing an offroad light bar on the roof of my car and rigging up an auxiliary switch so I can give these hylic niggers a taste of their own medicine.
>>
>>29079557
My favorite are the people who turn their headlights on when it rains in the middle of the day.
>>
Neither is mine, just click the lightbars on and I stop being blinded, I turn into the blinder.
>>
>>29080537
>turn their headlights on when it rains
Isn't this the law? Regardless of the time of day
>>
>>29077492
It is less safe for everyone else though, and that makes it less safe for you as well.
Every single feature included in cars after the invention of ABS made them less safe.
>>
>>29080495
>>29080653
Clearly not that dangerous if you're still here whining about it
>>
>>29080495
>blind oncoming traffic so it's "safer" to drive
>old man can't fucking see where he's going and crashes into you
>die
>>
>>29081967
And yet there's no data to support this. According to the IIHS at worst 0.2% nighttime crashes even cite it as a factor, let alone the cause. People love to complain about it but it's really not as dangerous as the fearmongering implies. Most people when confronted with an asshole with high beams on tend to slow down and actively pay more attention to staying in their lane.
>>
>>29081967
Only low to the ground clown cars get blinded by bright headlights. Don't believe me? Go rent a 5 ton box truck and see how often you get blinded compared to your clown car.

>turns on aircraft landing lights in high beam buckets
>instant seething
>>
>>29082512
My old man did this.
Took the landing lights off his fighter jet when they were swapped out and installed them behind the front grille.
Apparently he couldn't keep the lights on for too long because the ammeter immediately jumped into the negatives and the lights would end up choking out the ignition along with completely draining the battery, but for that brief moment when someone didn't turn their high beams down, night turned into mid day.
>>
>>29082554
Why does he have a fighter jet
>>
>>29082554
i remember you mentioning that before. i made my own relay harness with 10 and 12 gauge wiring so it can handle up to 100W lamps if needed
>>
>>29082641
He used to be an air force pilot tjis story is from the 80s.
>>29082665
Yeah I've mentioned it a few times.
Still have some leftovers from his air force days in the garage, some pretty handy tools too that the technicians lost.

>not tinting your windows in 2026
>>
>>29077486
fuck aiming that shit properly look at the lines as you where taught or get some tint.
>>
>>29077492
if you would bother to read the literature, people are going out at night less because the lights are that bad
>>
>>29083389
Good. That also makes the roads safer. I see no downsides.
>>
I will simply carry a gun
>>
>>29083389
Kino. Most people should stay the fuck home at night if they have no important business to attend to.
