How do I get rid of this windshield wiper haze?
>>
Get your eyes tested. You might have astigmatism

clean window, new wipers

This you?
>>

that just looks like water left behind by the wiper, you need new blades if it persists more than a minute or two when you first turn them on. I had to switch to silicone PIAA blades to stop the SQUONK SQUONK SQUONK, couldn't be happier with them.

On the off chance the haze is a more permanent thing, Bar Keeper's Friend will take anything off of glass without scratching it.

>that just looks like water left behind by the wiper,
lol no, I also get that shit it's like oily film
it's often on the inside too
glass cleaner and couple of passes with clean cloth gets it off but you have to use new clean cloth for every pass or shit just smears.
>>
>>29085965
replacing window makes it even worse bcause of evaporation of fresh glass glue.
>>
>>29085998
maybe put down the vape jocko, anything on the inside of the glass is coming from you
>>
>>29085952
Clean the glass, inside and out.
Use defroster to keep foggy moisture condensation on the inside
Use quality wipers to that wipe good
>>
>>29085952
Caterax status?

washing up liquid and warm water. wash the windscreen inside and out, towel dry with a microfibre. then, NEVER put chemicals on them again (except for windscreen wash obviously). they'll never haze up again.
>>
>>29086148
sorry, I meant to add you should rinse the washing up liquid with clean water before towel drying. basically if you clean them really well once you don't have to do it again for a long time, constantly adding chemicals to glass and spot cleaning is what makes it get dirtier/streakier faster.
>>
>>29085952
if that's the image then you need to either replace or resurface your windshield to be smooth, then replace your wipers. obvious streak patterns on it so, and the pitting and gunk on the windshield as it is now both damages wipers and causes them to miss spots and drag water behind them
for the inside, spray some glass cleaner into a towel, wipe, buff with a clean towel, and then use something like 4 single use photography lens cleaning wipes to finish it off.
>>
>>29085952
Clay it.
>>
>>29085952
It amazes me how few people are aware of what the defrost setting is for on the a/c
>>
Odd how many suggestions are here stating he needs to use the defroster and clean the interior side. You can clearly see where the right wiper stops, a clear wiper arc, and the left wiper jumping.

OP needs to clean the shit out of the exterior, replace wipers, apply RainX or similar water beading compound for glass.

Are most people on /o/ functionally retarded?
>>
>>29086376
>You can clearly see
OP seemingly can't though

>windshield polish
>new windshield
>astigmatism glasses/contacts

I'm convinced it AI bots posting and it doesn't know how to tell the difference between interior fogging and exterior gunk buildup. Am I training an AI right now?

Look at how many of the earliest responses were talking about his eyes/vision/astigmatism/etc
They think OP posted a picture somehow taken through his own eyeballs.

this certainly is a thread thats for sure

Oh fuck is that why I can't see lens flare when staring at the sun?
