I have no idea what OP is babbling about. The gas station he's posting a pic of is famous for just plain charging $3 more per gallon than the rest of LA. It's in a rich neighborhood so the residents are simply willing to pay for it, in other words it isn't indicative of gas prices anywhere.It's still $3 more than the rest of LA despite the record gas prices going on right now.
