The difference is if someone has an EV that can do 0-60 in 3 seconds, they can actually do 0-60 in 3 seconds in it.
Your bike can do 0-60 in 3 seconds. You cannot do 0-60 in 3 seconds on your bike.

No, you can't. Even if you think you have enough skill, which you don't, but even if you did, there's too many variables and inconsistencies on a bike. Even experienced riders flub a launch half the time. Even professionals on purpose built race bikes can't launch it perfectly 100% of the time. An amateur on street tires at a red light, that's a 30% chance of a good launch at most
