No doubt it's fast but those who drove it say that steering feels numb and cars like Lotus Emira and Alpine A110 are more fun than C8 Stingray. There's a guy who drove 50 Vettes of all generations. He said C8 is his least favorite generation other than C1 and C8 ZR1 doesn't make much sense for canyon roads because he could only use full throttle for like 1 minute in total within 4 days of driving.
>>29105780But it's quite fast for the price. The Chevrolet Corvette C8 has a starting base price (MSRP) of $72,495 (including destination fees).Meanwhile its estimated US value for Alpine A110 value would be around $71,000 to $80,000 for standard models.
Which non-exotic cars have the best steering feel?bonus points for practical cars
>>29105796Idk if it counts as exotic but I've heard it's Porsche
>>29105794In Europe base C8 is $105k. Base A110 is $80k and A110 GTS is $95k.
>>29105799porsche is a meme car for shouty boomers who should be pillow'dI heard one start up, base model, of course he has the "T" aka paying more for no better engine, and it was LOUD, like unrefined, I could not drive that around, it's for people who want to show off
>>29105796I liked the steering on the VE Commodores.
>>29105832I'm not sure if its the same but I liked the steering on the Pontiac G8 I rented once. I mean though in a more modern car. EPS is the single worst part of driving a modern car. I cannot tell where the road is and if there's a big bump I totally lose all traction.
>>29105805No one cares about europoors.
>>29105780"muh steering feel" is just cope when your shitbox doesnt have comparable power.
>>29105796AE86
>>29106132you could just like the shitbox you have over all the cars you don't; why chase the latest and greatest thing? In 2 years there will just be a c9 corvette, and a few years after that, a c10. It doesn't fucking matter.
>>29105796Z3
>>29105796elise
>>29106141Nogga the OP hasn’t driven ANYTHING and doesn’t know shit anyway so none of this matters. If he actually cared about cars (or even “steering feel”) he’d be out driving shit instead of asking here
>>29105780C6 was peak. Went downhill after that.
