For someone like me, who's lived in different parts of the US, it's one of the easiest cities to drive around. I don't consider rush hour traffic to even be that bad. Compared to places like Seattle, Los Angeles, SF Bay, Atlanta, NYC metro, or NOVA/DC, the roads are pretty chill. Aggression is overall very low. People drive slow as fuck out here. I drive through and park in downtown Portland all the time without issue. Pic related.
