these things share so many parts with the G/Q series cars, I wouldn't be surprised if you could do a manual swap in one pretty easily. I know for a fact you can do the VR30 7AT swap to them which is a better transmission than the one it comes with and newer.

Really, the only reason why I'm interested in it, is that there's no Q50 or M/Q70 wagon so EX/QX50 and FX/QX70 are the next best things. Also, M56/Q70 5.6 are almost unobtanium, while the FX50/QX70 5.0 are fairly easy to find.
