Insurance companies and body shops are the same cartel and you can’t convince me otherwise

>>29119289My twin works for a big insurance company. It's basically brown ppl scamming the system making car insurance more expensive for everyone else.Browns drive like shit.Browns sue when brown drivers hit them.Sue Insurance for sub $10,000. the insurance won't fight back because it costs more to fight that just pay $10k.They increase fees to pay for brown ppl loss.

I went to a tiny municipal court for a speeding ticket just to beg it down (always works pretty good) and the 20 Mexicans in front of me were there for whatever their citation was + not having insurance.
>>29119289Funny timing for this thread cause I just submitted an insurance claim for when a deer hit me in the rear passenger side a few days ago, thank God I didn't get hurt and I could drive home without powertrain, coolant, electric, wheel damage. I got quotes from a couple shops and all of them were higher than my deductible so I'm using my insurance. Should I go with a big US national chain like caliber collision/maaco, the official dealer body shop, or some local place with good reviews on yelp/google? Since either way I'll be paying the same amount for deductible I want the lowest chance of getting a shit job done. If this car was a decade plus old I probably would've zip tied it together but I ain't doing that for something less than 2 years old. Been driving with insurance for 7 years and this is my first claim. Kinda concerned when they asked me for my odometer reading since I told them I drive ~10k miles per year while in reality I did double that.
