all evs are the same
Did you mean the new Nissan Micra?

>>29126896I've had the Renault 5 EV rented a few times. The most soulless EV I've ever driven. The Cupra Born is genuinely fun, the Peugeot e-208 feels like a real car. This one is just bad. No feedback AT ALL back to the driver. Might as well swipe on my phone whilst riding public transport, would feel the same.Such a disappointment genuinely, because I enjoy it aesthetically. The Twingo is perhaps 5% better off, but still same type of slop.I don't understand really, because the Zoe felt much better as did the previous gen Twingo
>>29126973>Cupra Born Sadly, it's very ugly (has the same "design language" as zhangistani brands) the infotainment/aircon has no physical buttons, and, being VAG, they'll nickel and dime you for stuf that's on the options list, but should've been standard.
>>29126896>1480kgNot what Rédélé would want.
>>29126973whaddayamean, the steering is dead?
>>29126896I think they're cool. But, the Alpine one doesn't really work as well. It's trying a bit too hard to make what's really just a fun city car into a "Serious" vehicle. The Cupra Ravel is what the Alpine wants to be really.
>>29126896I've been in that Renault. The rear is totally claustrophobic and you get carsick from the jerkiness. Not a fan.
>>29127603I followed an electric mini the other week and it was either on the gas or the brakes just over or under 30mph.I guess it was a robot driving. My Tipo has no such issues.
>>29127606>it was either on the gas or the brakes just over or under 30mph.Not an EV thing but I have noticed the average driver can barely drive. I was in an Uber the other day and the driver would continue driving up to a red traffic light and apply the brakes at the last few seconds. Are people just unaware of engine braking? Who is teaching these people to drive?
>>29127628They teach people with SUV's to space cars so you can see road behind the car in front. Which is about a third of a traffic light cycle here (FFS).Standing on the throttle and the brake isn't normal for a human.Brake testing me wasn't a thing because it continued to do it when I held back to let them get on with it.It did turn off into a hospital.

>>29127584It genuinely feels like twisting a spring loaded potentiometer. It just feels bad. There's an arbitrary "I'll be tight and harder to turn now" mechanism going on that has nothing to do with the reality of the situation.>>29127512I suppose it grows on you - I find the ID3 to be nicer aesthetically, though I'm still dumbfounded how long it took them to just make an electric Polo. The e-golf was terrible.Infotainmed / Aircon is terrible - I cannot for the life of me get my Android paired it up with it.The one praiseworthy thing is the PRNDL - I genuinely think that's well designed.
>>29126973> It genuinely feels like twisting a spring loaded potentiometer. It just feels bad. There's an arbitrary "I'll be tight and harder to turn now" mechanism going on that has nothing to do with the reality of the situation.Bizarre. Not my experience at all. Unless that last bit is about you turning on lane assistant or something silly.Did you try changing the steering response?>>29126896Get one. My favourite car I've ever owned.>>29127606One-pedal-drive? Don't have to use it.
