Look at the OG Twingo face, it has big happy eyes. Look at this shit, the eyes are two slits and they feels oddly threatening. The led arches are a callback to the OG Twingo eyes, but since they're not part of the eyes they can be interpreted as eyebrows, or worse the callback kinda works but now you have these happy eyes overlaid to the actual eyes, which is where I think the skinwalker feeling comes from.
