I have 150k euro saved and I don't own a car and don't think I can afford one.
Meanwhile people who are on welfare drive around new cars.
Something doesn't add up.
>>
They'll drive that car for a couple of months before it eventually gets repo'd. Also your traitorous government is practically giving cars to migrants.
>>
A used Tesla Model 3 is around $25,000 now. Requires almost no maintanence and uses fuel that's less than half the cost of fueling a rube goldberg machine.

LOL
>>
>>29137846
they can't afford them, that's why they don't have 150k eurobux saved. And if you had a car, you wouldn't have 150k saved.

here in the US.. kind of the same concept, we just trick our poors into a lifetime of debt bondage over having a newish car, with a price that is a large percentage of their total yearly (pre tax) salary. Otherwise they'd feel like they're poor, and the whole charade falls apart. To further the conjob, we've tricked them into only worrying about the monthly payment, not the total price. The devil himself wishes he was that slick.

>I have 150k euro saved and I don't own a car and don't think I can afford one.
sounds like a you problem, why do you think you can't afford to spend 20% of that on a reasonable car? lack of a use case? nowhere to park?
>>
>>29137952
Eastern Europe. Nowhere to park. Expensive gas. Expensive insurance.
Supposedly rust destroys all cars within couple years regardless of what you do (very heavy salt use).
And to top if off, I drive (using car sharing) maybe twice a week max.
>>
>>29137989
fair enough, sounds like it's not really a useful purchase. I wouldn't spend 20% of my savings on something I don't use either
>>
>>29137846
Welfare ones are the invaders of your country, sponsored by your government to rape your women and children, destroy buildings that your ancestors build, then replace you.
>>
>>29137993
yeah but anon, have you thought that the GDP might go down a bit for a few years otherwise?

House or apartment. I want 50% down payment.
>>
>>29137989
>Eastern Europe
150k saved up while being some Balkan street shitter is pretty impressive. You're rich in your country.
>>
>>29137890
>traps you inside
>burns you alive
>unrepairable skateboard cells
>24/7 Chinese tier surveillance
>no style, no taste, cheap Kia tier interiors

I'll stick to what works and what has been working for hundreds of years. If its not ICE, it's not NICE
>>29137846
>150k euro
Buy a 99 corolla and use the rest to live a better life than what the teslacuck or nu-slop fomo fags shill
>>
>>29137846
How can you not afford a car? Even in America people with no jobs like me have multiple cars and trucks
>>
>>29138078
Wow, that's a lot of bad things about rube goldberg machines! Great thing about Teslas is they don't catch fire near as much.
>>
>>29138128
i've been driving ICE cars for like 25+ years, and never once caught on fire, nor seen anyone else catch on fire. i think the risk is overblown my fellow low IQ shitposter.
>>
>>29138129
Damn, so even less fires with BEVs! Glad you got lucky with your rube goldberg machine, hundreds of people in the US die per year from rube goldberg machine fires, and many more are disfigured.
>>
>>29138133
i wish you'd become one of them, but alas we'll have to settle for you acking yourself.
>>
>>29138135
How could I be a rube goldberg machine fire victim if I don't even own one?
>>
>>29138145
That doesn't matter. ACK yourself anyway.
>>
>>29138147
>ACK
I think bro is ai since he keeps using this machine command.

>people on welfare drive new cars it doesn’t make sense

It actually makes perfect sense you just don’t understand how the welfare works. The government designs it so they specifically don’t allow ownership of vehicles through means testing. Therefore they purchase vehicles on credit or lease them using the welfare payments since they aren’t counted as an “asset” since loans are carried on them.

>that’s insane how do they do that on welfare?!?
Because housing, food, internet is paid for. I make ~60k/yr and get approximately $7k in benefits plus I get free food from food banks.

In order to do this you must have under $5k in cash or assets in most states to qualify excluding your 401k.

So basically I do a fuckhuge $8500/yr hsa max contribution plus a $24k 401k contribution on my 401k and let the government and charities cover it all while leasing new cars because I don’t have to actually pay for my living expenses.

You’re fucking poor and stupid compared to the average welfare rat kek. Meanwhile I’m saving more than people making triple my salary.

Some states don’t even have the &5k asset max either but I feel like it actually helps you keep money if they do because you have to figure out how to avoid it.

If you aren’t bleeding this insane slave system dry via welfare you’re part of the problem btw.
>>
>>29137943
I mean by this logic people don't own their homes either lmao
>>
>>29139580
They don't lol. Property taxes n shiet.
>>
>>29139580
well
1. you need a place to live, you can either lose 100% of that on rent, or some % on a mortgage. (yes midwits, you need transportation too. but there's a huge difference in cost at play between a used shitbox that's good enough to get from A to B and a luxury or sports car.)
2. housing is usually an appreciating asset (unless you get a diversity drop in your neighborhood or something). That new car will be worth next to nothing in 10-15 years.
3. a house is a long term investment

obviously you can buy too much house and become house poor, and unfortunately that's becoming the norm.
>>
Cars are expensive luxury items, but if you have that much money saved, you can surely afford 5k for a car plus gas and insurance prices
>>
>>29139613
Why do you faggots insist on changing the definition of words? Go back to your own country.
>>
>>29139617
In the first 15 years of a mortgage you will have paid the price of your house in interest and own like none of it lol
We need to stop encouraging stupid people.

Ban financial instruments greater than 14 years
>>
>>29139678
don't forget to tip your landlord.
>>
>>29137846
Buy car. Remove part. Replace with plastic 3d print. Return car as piece of shit. Sell part.
Repeat 400 times.
Buy car from used parts empire.
