>>2850499So I says. John Boorman went full Friedkin and they all suffered terribly, but made a very real and very horrifying film. It's like living a goddamn nightmare.
>>2850501adventure time
>>2850502awwyea
>>2850465Surviving the Game is a fun one.
i've said it before: The River Wild is fucking awesome
>>2850554oh man that's a classic. takes me back.>>2850599I still haven't seen that. It did just remind me of White Water Summer. A movie that scared the hell out of me and made a huge impression on me as a kid, but does not hold up at all as an adult. Still some good nostalgic fun and drama.https://youtu.be/GRMzIekjXAM?si=TMgKb4OGVWHX3DuN
>>2850477>our corn is trash!checked
>>2850465ICE AGE
>>2850979is that an actual quote from the film? I didn't notice that dirty word and frankly I would be delighted if "trash" was legit Jacobean English

Uhura takes Gordi out into the woods to be chased around by Confederate ghosts.
>>2850465There's a Norwegian movie that's a little tricky to find although I did watch it on some Russian website that's called "Out of Nature" in English. It follows along with a guy that takes a weekend trip innawoods in Norway struggling with some internal issues about his current lot in life, relationship, and being a father. Any Norge bros know where I can watch a HQ version of this?
Death HuntLee Marvin and Charles Bronson
Picking a random kino from this thread to watch this weekend on my phone inside my tent
Akira Kurosawa's Dersu Uzala is a very beautiful, very poetic movie
>>2850465Those Who Wish Me Dead
>>2852048>>2854378This.
Id say pic related and dersu uzala are what you are looking for.
>I can’t swim! Okay?>… >LOL … Aw hell, the fall’ll probably kill ya!
Last of the Mohicans is pretty great. The siege of Fort William Henry is the best representation of 18th century North American colonial warfare ever put on film imho, and it's horrifying. It's basically equivalent to the Do Lung Bridge scene in Apocalypse NOw
Can’t believe no one has mentioned this
>>2850479This.
>>2851639It's not woke.
>>2851654Not enough Christian messaging compared to the book, making this "adaptation" shit.
>>2851654>>2855594I prefer White Fang. More heartfelt and also as someone who grew up in eastern coyote country I always wanted to adopt one
>>2851639His wife is looking pretty young
>>2850465I suppose it depends on what you mean by kino or /out/. In any case I've watched the NOVA piece about the Franklin expedition about 30 times.
>>2855991You should look up some doccos about Henry Hudson, incredible and fantastical/horrifying stuff
>>2855992Looking forward to looking it up. I suppose that if I could afford anything, I'd prize a caribou parka the like of which Amundsen wore, to a sum I can't estimate. These things are weirdly difficult to research.
I watched the shit out of this when I was a kid
>>2851156incredibly based.read the novel too. it's slow to start and the end is a bit sudden but everything in between is golden.
