I'm planning a first time camping trip next month
I'm going solo and backcountry hiking in middle of Ontario, Lake Superior provincial park. Watched hundreds of videos and read hundreds of guides on camping so I'm confident

None of this shit means anything. Do a smaller overnight trip somewhere before full sending it on a big backpacking trip. Test your gear. Practice pitching your tent. Try sleeping with your setup. Test your shoes on a long distance hike.

Watching how-to guides is not enough
