I'll take the cities with pharmacies and medical facilities over rural country living. Much easier to get medical care in the city.
Some areas I grew up in were miles from the nearest town that had an ambulance. Many tales of farmers rolling their tractors on uneven ground and dying in their fields waiting for help that never came.
