>>2872701Strict nofap is pseudoscience which doesn't mean fapping to deviantart porn thrice a day is a smart thing to do
>>2872701nofap is pseudoscience for midwits THOUGH
>>2872701>>2872702 /threadBut if you want to larp a little - get a swiss army knife to carry with you, a bottle of water, maybe add some electrolythes if you wanna be fancy, a flashlight if it's nearing the evening and once you have that - leave phone at home if it distracts you. Music isn't worth it if that's the case. Me personally, I like thinking out loud when walking, but if you need bgm - consider buying a cheap mp3 player.
>>2872701>>2872702I've found that the more I learn about plants, mushrooms, insects, birds ect the more I appreciate them. There's something enriching about stopping to look at a mushroom and being able to identify it. Try getting a few locale-specific field guides and identifying cool stuff you see out there.
>>2872701Trying to grow flowers and bushes made me like outside a lot more Also as you get older and things settle down, that opens the mental real estate for hobbies and nature appreciation
>>2872701Go fishing. It's peaceful and you can kill something, then you have something to eat.

Hijacking OP's thread. Any paraglider equipment and learning material recommendations for a beginner? I want to hike to my nearest hill and do XC.
