How would you react to this situation? Cobble Beach immediately north of Newport, Oregon. There's normally an entry fee but today's a free day, so the place is packed. You're greeted by a few signs before you go down that say 1. do not go near the wildlife or interact with it 2. stay inside the perimiter (which is marked by the yellow signs) 3. don't throw rocks in the water and 4. don't take the rocks from the area. I have to stop this family that just kept throwing rocks all together, firmly telling them "Stop throwing rocks, didn't you see the sign?" and walking off. Thankfully they stopped. People kept going over the signs until someone literally walked up to all the seals and scared them back into the water. What would you say to this person if this happened right in front of you? Shit makes me furious, but I would be able to keep my composure.. I told the ranger walking over about it, but I'm not sure what all they would be able to do about it.

>>2873707I dunno, last time I met someone being a cunt in a national park I slashed the tyres on his car when I got back to the car park. I figured that would've given him and his family at least 12 hours to reflect on the importance of picking up your garbage since it's not like there was any mobile reception out there. Can't exactly do that to every car in a busy park though.

>>2873707Honestly I don't know. I guess since the seals were already scared off, just firmly tell the cunts they are the reason the seals left and that's why the signs are there. I've been wrestling with what I would do if I see a pack of jeets dumping trash /out/ to increase their izzat. Obviously violence is what should happen, but then I'd also have to disappear any phones that filmed the "hate crime". To complicate the matter, this scenario will most likely happen with my wife and kids present.
