Have you ever climbed over 17,000 feet?
>>2875094Yeah, I did 6800m a couple of years ago.Altitude sickness is a bitch.
Nah highest ive been is 3000m which is 10 000 feet i think, we did it in 6-7 hours if i remember correctly and my legs were killing me
>>2875094I climbed on top of your mom once. The doctors said it did permanent damage to me and to never do it again.
>>2875094nope, highest was about 2300 meters. During winter, though, if that counts anything.
>>2875094Most of this board hasn't and will just see the about it Tbh
>>2875094Unless you're willing to pay thousands of dollars or travel to a third world shithole most people on this website can't even access a mountain that is over 17,000 feet.
Unfortunately no; however, if I can make a billion dollars super duper quickly, most definitely gonna try to climb Everest.
>>2875094where would you find that many feet?
>>2876469A battle field.
>>2875883as a third worlder i've casually walked upto 4k but apparently shit gets serious after that want to casually tackle like 5k or 6k with some sticks, shoe spikes, tent and food but people keep bringing up bs about permits, groups, guides and what not tiring honestly
>>2875094are you messing around down in on the mexican volcanoes? that'd be my guess.and I've never been that high but i want to. I lived at 10k' for a while so I'm pretty sure with training and acclimation i'd probably be ok to handle 15-16k no problem, but I've only been to 14.5k'the real lazy ass thing I want to do is go to ladakh and just drive to 19.5 and walk to 20k and head home.I don't think any peak is really worth risking one's life over and I prefer to be alone, so I don't really fuck around beyond scrambles.
