Does anyone else use public charcoal BBQs at local parks? I often see immigrant and ethnic families using them but never white people. I like using them once or twice a summer, it's a fun outdoor dinner. Does your city or town even have outdoor BBQ? ITT: we discuss how to best utilize public charcoal BBQs.

picked up one of these bad boys for like $400 (they cost minimum $2000) cuz some idiot bought it new, left it unused and covered outside for 2 seasons, and decided he wanted a pellet grill instead lmao

I have used those a couple times, including at campgrounds, including with family. Never particularly close to urban areas (those are full of Mexicans for some reason). If the grate is particularly nasty and uncleanable we would just wrap each strip of it in foil and it would be fine
