yo yo, I need help to identify a building or a compound that appears in historical Google Earth imagery from 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. im trying to figure out what was this place called and what was it used for?
coordinate: 10°43'32.02"N, 106°43'15.61"E

any information or help would be appreciated.

The structure existed from around 1998 to 2008. Since there were no other buildings in the surrounding area at the time, it may have been connected to the Nguyễn Lương Bằng School in Phú Mỹ Hưng, Tân Mỹ, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, which was built in 1997.
