im planning on doing lots of forest exploring and mapping by myself, and plan on collecting mushrooms and herbs to eat and make tea, or get high. what botany and herbalism books do you guys reccomend for balkan climate forests?

>>2877950I cant find anything good on Baltic stuff. Your best bet is to look up on Google; Northern European Wild Foraging books, bushcraft, etc or something similar. Try to find full color guides and books if you can.

books as physical objects made from paper probably fit the style or aesthetic you are aiming for with your plan quite well. Tho I would rather recommend an App called obs identify, you might not feel as smart as when you sit on a tree stumb reading a book but it just is way faster and usually much more precise then what you can achieve with a book. hf and be careful with mushrooms!
