it's pretty decent, glaring issue would be putting a long haired dachshund at S tier, short legs, how much ground can those little doglets actually cover?
Springers are S tier though.

(pic related is my shepherd husky mix hiking buddy, he makes every hike infinitely more fun. We live on a few acres bordering some BLM/Weyerhaeuser land, and I work from home, so on lunch breaks we go out for a 30-40 minute hike. He starts chimping out if he sees any sign of a potential hike (i put on pants or socks, or at 11am like clockwork)

belgian shepherd (malinoa) and german shepherd

It's correct if your dog is more of a fashion accessory.
Dachshund, Shiba, Rottweiler, Mastiff, and a good chunk of those terriers should move down.
Malamute, husky, all the collies, and doberman should move up.
The bulldog, pug, chow, and all the toy breeds need to be F tier or taken off the list entirely unless you exclusively "hike" your city's local park.
Curs are the true and only SSS+ tier hiking buddies.
